Design is balance. You must have an eye for it. I am passionate about my artwork and I expect it to be of great quality. My style is simple and clean, yet powerful enough to tell the story behind each brand or project.

Who is the woman behind S2 Graphic Design LLC? A kind-hearted equestrian who grew up on a farm in Upstate New York. “I actually planned my grade school years around becoming a veterinarian. Realizing that I’d have to face a lot of unhappy and difficult situations as a vet, I chose to cherish my love for animals as a hobby rather than a career. I began soul searching my senior year and focused on the talent that I enjoyed most in my younger years. Fine arts. I decided to go to college for graphic design at 17 and never looked back.”

A hiking trip to Colorado in 2000 left me dreaming of moving to the Rocky Mountains. Earning two graphic design degrees and landing my first graphic design gig kick-started my career. After four years of experience at a company in Rochester, NY, I was ready to make the move and start my new life in Colorado. In 2007, I started a new chapter and moved to the front range area of Denver. Since then, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge and expanded my skills by working for some amazing companies. Due to the recurring requests I received for freelance design work, I started S2 Graphic Design LLC in the fall of 2009.

I am now 42 years old and just as determined to become something bigger and better every day. I enjoy new challenges, learning new software, and have really pushed myself to branch out into other aspects of the design world. I enjoy web, video, and photography, as they are so closely related in the design field.
